Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate inpatient rehabilitation nursing care: supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery; collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for staff. Strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with patients and families, and leveraging specialized skills to support rehabilitation goals. CPR certification is required; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred; active RN licensure per state regulations required; rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
