Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment at Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation with over 150 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
