Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while providing direct patient care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery, and collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries, while celebrating victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
