Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time nights shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Valid RN license, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
