Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while building meaningful relationships with families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff on complex patient needs, and celebrate milestones achieved by patients. This full-time night shift role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with requirements including a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferred CRRN certification.
