Registered Nurse

Supervise patient care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans for individuals in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care, and support fellow staff in managing complex patient needs while engaging with patients and their families to facilitate recovery. Requires active RN licensure; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN preferred. Night-shift position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, short-term opportunities. Emphasis on personalized, compassionate care, use of advanced technology, and adherence to standards of post-acute rehabilitation nursing. Strong communication, leadership in care planning, and commitment to patient-centered outcomes.
