Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role is part of a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 nationwide locations. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and a company-matching 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
