Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate their recovery while collaborating effectively with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries, and celebrate victories achieved by patients. This role is full-time with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, offering tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
