Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans while addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs, and collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role offers a weekend option and is part of a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader dedicated to personalized support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
