Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while building meaningful relationships with families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and includes benefits such as affordable medical/dental/vision plans, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a company-matching 401(k). Valid RN licensure and CPR certification are required, with ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
