Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health (inpatient rehabilitation). Responsible for supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, addressing patient concerns to support recovery, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for staff and families, celebrate patient milestones, and contribute to high-quality, individualized patient care. Night-shift, full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and HSAs. Requires RN licensure; CPR (ACLS preferred); CRRN preferred; ~1 year rehab hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
