Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role offers 12-hour shifts on 13-week short-term contracts for Registered Nurses with valid licensure, CPR certification, and a preference for CRRN certification or one year of rehabilitation hospital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
