Job Summary
RN with valid licensure sought for inpatient rehabilitation contract role. Responsible for supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure coordinated direct patient care; serves as a resource for fellow staff and supports them with complex patient needs. Opportunity includes tuition-reimbursement program, flexible scheduling with weekend rotations, and RN career ladder advancement. Contract position available for 8 weeks at 36 hours/week in McConnellstown, PA, with benefits such as health plans, PTO, company matching 401(k), and performance-based incentives for CRRN certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
