Job Summary
Registered Nurse role providing supervision of care, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans to support rehabilitation outcomes. Responsible for addressing patient concerns, delivering direct patient care, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Serves as a resource for fellow staff and helps guide patient milestones and recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires active RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS/CRRN are preferred. Weekend/shift flexibility may be involved; supports a full-time night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and comprehensive health plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
