Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, offering affordable medical/dental/vision plans, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and company-matching 401(k). Valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience required.
