Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process while adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Requires one year of experience, an Associate or preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and a current RN license. Weekend schedule commitment with a $10/hr differential applies. Located at Holy Cross Hospital - Davis in northern Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- One year experience
- RN License
- Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
- Six month commitment to working weekend schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (for experienced RNs)
