Registered Nurse-Emergency Services Full Time Weekend Nights

Administer safe medications via barcode scanning, round hourly, and participate in unit huddles to ensure a healing environment. Oversee patient care or support techs when assigned as charge nurse, precept new staff, and mentor colleagues. Implement evidence-based interventions, utilize Alaris pump guardrails, and maintain complete EMR documentation. Adhere to the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and Northwestern Medicine's Relationship Based Care model while participating in quality initiatives and professional development.
