Registered Nurse, Emergency Services

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for the emergency department. Provide care tailored to each patient's condition and age while performing timely documentation relating to medical necessity. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for every patient. This role requires a current North Carolina State or Compact License with endorsement, Basic Life Support certification within 30 days, and ACLS within 90 days. An Associate's degree in nursing is required (Bachelor's preferred), along with one year of RN experience. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, 3 x 12-hour night shifts, and self-scheduling. Central Carolina Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center serving the Lee County community.
