REGISTERED NURSE- EMERGENCY ROOM

Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in the emergency room in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Deliver professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while grounding all care in Patient Centered Care principles. Guide employees under supervision to ensure consistent delivery of evidence-based medicine and adherence to clinical pathways. Maintain the quality of care standards recognized by the American Heart Association and Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade.
