Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room, assessing pain regularly and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. Document administration of care in patient medical records and respond promptly to patient requests while anticipating needs proactively. Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to support self-management. Obtain Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification, NIH Stroke Scale, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Trauma Nursing Core Course, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support within specified timeframes of employment start date. No travel required.
