Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services/ICU Float Pool Team, you will complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes. Collaborating with physicians and medical professionals, you will develop optimal healthcare strategies and support patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes. This position is eligible for a $5.00 an hour Float Pool Differential and requires three 12-hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Desired Qualifications
- BSN strongly encouraged
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
