Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ED)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care for patients with severe or urgent illnesses or injuries in a 25-bed Emergency Department. Collaborate with physicians and other team members to manage high-acuity patients, coordinate with specialties, and provide initial assessment, treatment, and stabilization. Accept responsibility and accountability for care provision in accordance with current policies while maintaining an authentic relationship with patients and their support systems. Work a PRN schedule of 7a-7p or 7p-7a with a preferred patient ratio of 4-5:1.
