Job Summary
Registered Nurse leading the healthcare team in a 25-bed Emergency Department. Provides and coordinates individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and team members, uses evidence-based practice, and maintains autonomy on the unit. Requires current RN licensure in the appropriate state and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with one year of relevant experience preferred. The role emphasizes handling high-acuity patients, maintaining composure under pressure, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the ED setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Board-approved refresher course if license inactive/retired for five years and not licensed in another state in last five years
- One year relevant experience preferred
