Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans while serving as the central communication link for physicians and specialists. Accurately observe, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions, then manage physician and nursing orders to support successful discharge transitions. Requires Oklahoma Board of Nursing licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and ALS within 180 days. Part-time day shift at Ascension St. John Broken Arrow.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
