Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide patient teaching and discharge planning, administer medications and solutions safely, document accurately and timely, and reassess patient condition to modify the plan of care as needed. Adapt care delivery to adult, pediatric, and telemetry populations within Adult Emergency and Pediatric Emergency settings; operate in high-stress, fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and patient safety. Maintain unit-specific qualifications and certifications according to role (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NVCI, ENPC/TNCC) and leverage equipment such as telemetry and Omnicell systems; ensure collaboration with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality emergency care.
