Registered Nurse Emergency FT Nights

Triage patients in the Emergency Department by prioritizing care based on critical nature and severity. Assess patient conditions through visual evaluation, medication reconciliation, and vital sign measurements including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Administer medications and assist with procedures as prescribed, while monitoring for changes in condition and communicating with the care team. Chart medical history, treatments, and updates to electronic records accurately. Collaborate with physicians on discharge plans, create discharge instructions, educate patients and caregivers, and confirm transportation. Requires two years of critical care experience and valid Indiana RN licensure.
