REGISTERED NURSE, Emergency Dept, Per Diem Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department, performing head-to-toe assessments and managing pain for pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations. Utilize triage processes to assign categories and ensure timely care, while consulting with physicians and specialists to adjust nursing processes and monitor clinical changes. Participate in staff hiring and communicate with the Nurse Manager, Director, and co-workers regarding patient conditions and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or treatment response. This dual clinical and managerial role offers a flexible night shift schedule for per diem coverage.
