REGISTERED NURSE, Emergency Dept, Full Time *$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS*

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department, performing head-to-toe assessments on pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations. Utilize the triage process to assign categories and ensure timely care, while evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing processes to optimize treatment responses. Consult with specialists as needed, communicate clinical changes and diagnostic results to physicians and the Nurse Manager, and respond quickly to patient condition shifts. Manage pain through assessment, reassessment, and patient education on management techniques. This dual-function clinical and managerial role includes participating in staff hiring. Requires two years of ED experience, a current RN license, and ACLS/PALS certification within six months of hire.
