Job Summary
Obtain and maintain TNCC certification while providing registered nursing care in the Emergency Department's 29-bed unit, including the Behavioral Decision Unit and Fast Track. Maintain current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York and possess appropriate experience in the specific clinical area. No on-call rotation is required. External candidates may receive a one-time $10,000 sign-on bonus. The team offers structured preceptorships, continuing education, and a shared governance model with great patient ratios.
