Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in varying states of health within a 45-bed Level I Trauma Center. Cover the Charge RN role and provide precepting to fellows and residents as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requires current RN licensure recognized by Vermont, an ADN degree (BSN preferred), and at least one year of recent Emergency Department experience. Full-time positions receive a $20K sign-on bonus. Located in Burlington, Vermont, the team offers great patient ratios, structured preceptorships, and shared governance.
