Job Summary
Triage and determine priority of care for patients of all ages based on physical, psychological, and social needs. Assess patient needs quickly to stabilize, initiate treatment, and manage flow through the emergency care system. Discharge patients after the emergency resolves or arrange for longer hospital stays. Work during day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours weekly. Maintain active RN licensure in Missouri and obtain required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC within specified timelines. Join a healthcare system serving 25 counties with six hospitals and five emergency departments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days)
- ACLS certification (must be obtained within one year of hire)
- PALS certification (must be obtained within one year of hire)
- ENPC certification (must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
- TNCC certification (must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
Desired Qualifications
