Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking to deliver exceptional care, independently utilizing the nursing process and coordinating patient care with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately, identifies hospital resources, and serves as a clinical resource for new employees while demonstrating positive leadership within the unit. Requires Registered Nurse status and Basic Life Support certification. Full-time swing shifts available.
