Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department providing safe, high-quality nursing care and coordinating the plan of care for assigned patients. Responsibilities include delegating tasks and supervising other patient care staff, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring documentation and care practices comply with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining clinical proficiency. This is a full-time, night shift (12-hour) role based in Chillicothe, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 1 year experience as Registered Nurse
- Active nursing license in MO (NURSYS)
- Emergency Department experience (preferred)
- Clinical supervision and coordination abilities
- Nursing process proficiency
- Documentation compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
