Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while directing and coordinating nursing services based on established clinical standards. Collaborate with professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes and utilize knowledge of developmental age and cultural diversity for family-centered care. Apply performance improvement techniques to demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Requires at least one year of experience in the specific patient care area, an Associate degree in Nursing, and mandatory certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS depending on the assigned department.
