Job Summary
Registered Nurse with NYS RN license for Emergency Department per diem night shifts. Provides immediate, specialized emergency care as part of a multidisciplinary EMS team. Requires BLS on hire, with ACLS and PALS within six months. Preferred: 2+ years med/surg or 1+ year ED/critical care. Must comply with NYS licensure requirements and OSHA standards; CPR proficiency essential. Night differential applies; shifts include regular day, evening, night and weekends. Must maintain certifications; onsite classes offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current NYS Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification on hire
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- PALS certification within six months of hire
