Job Summary
Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers; coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate; communicates clearly and effectively with customers; individualizes patient and family teaching based on thorough assessment to meet learning needs; participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice via quality improvement initiatives; maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations; requires Associate's degree or BSN and Illinois nursing license with CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
