Registered Nurse-Emergency Department - Per Diem

Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations while delegating tasks to other staff. Function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. This per diem role requires a 32-72 hour commitment over a 6-week schedule, including nights from 7:00pm to 7:00am with every third weekend and rotating holidays. Candidates must hold current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS/PALS/NIHSS certifications within three months of start date.
