Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Part Time, Nights)

Provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility policies. Directs and manages care of designated patients, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, communicates effectively with patients and families, and coordinates education throughout treatment. Demonstrates leadership and team-building skills, including teaching and mentoring new colleagues and department interns, with attention to performance improvement and initiation of evidence-based practice. Utilizes technology to optimize care delivery and supports unit/hospital goals with a focus on safety and quality in a Magnet hospital environment.
