Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to advance care plans and enhance operational efficiency. Provide competent, evidence-based care adhering to ANA Scope and Standards, Code of Ethics, and all regulatory accreditation standards. Participate in decision-making, teaching, and mentoring to achieve desired patient outcomes. Requires an active RN license in Indiana or NLC, AHA BLS certification, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Nursing (ASN)
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

- More than two years of acute care experience
