Job Summary
Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process. Direct and supervise team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary groups to provide age-appropriate care per unit standards. Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth within the Emergency Department. Work the 0700-1900 shift, part-time, at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital serving as North Texas' only adult Level I Trauma Center and Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
