Job Summary
Join the Hilton Head ED Team as an ED RN in a 25-bed emergency department. Provide rapid triage, comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to stabilize and treat patients across the lifespan; ensure clear handoffs, support patients and families during high-stress situations, and advocate for patients' rights and wishes. Eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. Requires a BSN-preferred education, active RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience preferred. Full-time, rotating days/nights with weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
- One year relevant experience, preferred
