Registered Nurse Emergency Department

Lead the healthcare team in the Emergency Department by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey while accepting full responsibility for care management in accordance with current policies. Manage a 4:1 patient ratio in a 26-bed unit handling diverse cases from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions. Requires one year of acute nursing experience, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time 11am-11pm shift with relocation assistance up to $7,500.
