Job Summary
The RN works in Emergency Services on a 12-hour night shift (7:00PM–7:30AM) with every third weekend, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. Responsibilities include adhering to nursing practice standards, conducting assessments and developing/implementing care plans, documenting actions using the ED nursing tool, identifying patient needs, communicating with patients and families about planned care and outcomes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania or Compact State License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification (as applicable to Area of Practice)
