Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Nights

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships to promote collaboration, and remain accountable for performance. Always seek ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work the 12X3 night shift from 7pm to 7am at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, a 46-bed acute care facility serving Midlothian and northern Ellis County with 16 emergency department beds, two operating suites, and advanced surgical capabilities including robotic surgery and cardiac catheterization.
