Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department by observing, assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions while administering medications and treatments according to care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services. Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards throughout the shift. This full-time night shift role operates a 36-hour week with three 12-hour rotations from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every third weekend rotation. Eligible candidates receive a $18,000 sign-on bonus requiring a two-year employment commitment. Licensed RNs in Michigan with Emergency Department experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
- Full-Time: 36 hours/week - 3 12's Schedule - Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every Third Weekend Rotation
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
