Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Mids

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships to promote collaboration, and remain accountable for performance. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work three 12-hour shifts per week in mid/evening rotations at a Magnet-designated hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas.
