Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned patients in the Emergency Department using the nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients while administering medications and IVs safely. Communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary team, co-workers, patients, and families to ensure accurate information exchange and therapeutic environments. Supervise assigned team members and maintain a safe facility. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Adhere to hospital standards and utilize communication skills to promote a cooperative work environment.
