Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Mids 3-3 10K Sign-on Bonus

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process. Direct and supervise other team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships for a collaborative environment, and take initiative for professional growth. Maintain accountability for performance and always seek ways to improve the patient experience. This role requires a current Texas RN license, BSN preferred, and at least six months of RN experience. Full Basic Life Support and additional department-specific certifications are required. The position involves a 12-hour shift rotating between mid and evening hours from 7pm to 7am, with a schedule of three 12-hour weeks. A 10K sign-on bonus is offered.
