Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team. Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan. Float across various locations in the Austin, TX Metro area on night and mid-shift PRN schedules at $60 per hour. Requires Texas RN licensure, BLS certification, and two years of acute care experience.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations
- Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment
