Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at St Vincent Regional Hospital (Intermountain Health) in Billings, MT. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; utilizing nursing process; coordinating with the health team; monitoring and documenting care; potentially floating to other departments and on-call duties. Requirements include RN licensure in MT, ASN/ADN with BSN within four years (or equivalent), BLS (and ACLS/PALS as appropriate), and prior ED/high-acuity experience preferred. Benefits include a $10,000 sign-on bonus; shift is full-time, nights, 36 hours/week; 26-bed ED in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting with a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
- ASN/ADN degree holders must complete BSN within four years from hire unless they have 15+ years of RN experience in acute care.
- BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit/service.
